well i had this headache since tuesday and i even took headache pills bt it goes away n comes back in the morning and now i feel dizzy when i walk ??

You need to see doc: Most headaches go away after a few hours.  This is too long, and you may be a bit dehydrated if you have not been drinking due to the pain or to nausea.  Drink at least a glass of water every hour or so while awake, and take a motion sickness medicine like dramamine (dimenhydrinate) or meclizine along with your medicine if you need to, but this will probably not go away and it could be serious. See your doctor: If these episodes are consistent, you may be having heart issues. Rapid changes in position can cause reduction in flow back to the heart that most people can compensate for, but you are not. You might need an echocardiogram to rule out heart issues. You may just be "out of shape" but you need to talk to a doctor to get started on finding out the answers.

: Yes, you can rehydrate at home as long as you do not have any problem with upper GI tract such as severe nausea and vomit. You should drink a plenty amount of fluid with electrolytes such as pedialite for adults, gatorade or sport drinks for athlete. Good luck to your recovery.

Getting help: Please tell your parents what is going on.  Even if you have had difficulty getting a medical appointment, your parents may be more successful doing this on your behalf.  You could always start with a telemedicine consult and that provider could provide you with guidance about how urgent this is, whether you need to be seen in person &amp; probably prescribe your refill.

SVT: Your description suggests the possibility of an arrhytthmia such as supraventricular tachycardia or atrial fibrillation. An event monitor exam (24 hours to 30 days) would clarify the diagnosis and permit targeted treatment.

Family practice: Occasional dizziness can be normal but what you are describing should be checked out by your dr. Anemia could cause this , sudden drop of blood pressure could also. A cerebral pathology needs to be ruled out.
