Orthostatic BP drop: You are on losartin for bp? With these symptoms i'd be concerned about orthostatic hypotension. Have your primary care provider check your heart rate and BP in the upright and reclining position to see if there is a significant change when you stand up. That should get you started at least.

DIZZY &amp; FAINT: Many possibilities including middle ear problems, electrolyte abnormalities, glucose problems, thyroid issues, anemia, pregnancy, irregular heart rhythm, blood pressure problems.  There are many other possibilities.  Bottom line... a face-to-face assessment by your physician is definitely in order... sooner rather than later.

Dizzy spells: Dizziness can be caused by a lot of things.  Meniere's disease is certainly one of them.  Sometimes its a lightheaded sensation, which we often describe as dizziness.  Although a tumor can cause these symptoms, they only occur about 1 in 100, 000 people.  Because of the complexity of this kind of problem, best to get it checked out.  You may end up getting a hearing test and an MRI scan to sort out.

Nausea/dizziness: Many causes possible, such as Migraines, inner ear problem, motion sickness, low blood pressure, high blood pressure, diabetes, early pregnancy, hyperventilation, etc.

Many possibilities: There are probably at least a hundred possible causes of being dizzy. The most common and easiest to try to correct first is being a little dehydrated. Most people do not drink enough fluids throughout the day. Is your urine concentrated? If so, drink (non-caffeine containing) liquids until your pee is clear. This can sometimes help with dizziness. If this doesn't help, you may need to go see doc.
