my wife is 3 weeks pregnant and has had a couple of episodes of rapid onset constipation with cold sweat, painful stool, dizziness. is this normal?

No: She needs to see her ob, she needs an evaluation, , and will most likely need a good stool softener, dizzyness and the cold sweatsare not normal , constipation without her other symptoms can be during pregnancy.

stomach pain, anxiety, dizzy and bloating. also had bloody mucus in stool after i had an endoscopy which everything was normal. is it all anxiety?

Bloody mucous : It is quite common to have bloody mucous in the stool after endoscopy.  You should run it by your doctor's nurse in morning just to let them know.  You might have had a few biopsies or there was a little abrasion of the mucosa when they passed the scope.  All likely no big deal.  For the dizziness you may be a little dehydrated from the prep of the procedure.  Drink 32 oz of water then check.

Dehydration: You can get dehydrated from diarrhea, and dehydration can lead to dizziness/imbalance.  Try increasing your fluid intake.  If the dizziness is severe, go to the emergency room.

Usually diet: Lots of water and fiber in the diet will usually help.  This needs to be coupled with exercise.  There are other causes like thyroid disease and problems in the colon, etc. So if the dietary changes don't help then you should be seen.  Fiber is in fruits, veggies, grains and beans or lentels plus some other foods you could look up....

Go to ER: Your symptoms may be related to heart problem.

Even if ER rules out cardiac event, follow up with cardiologist with stress test  etc

Constipation: Constipation after general anesthesia and without surgery is very common, and scary. You also need to know your surgery site is okay and that nothing else is wrong. Use laxatives and lots of hydration tonight. Call your doctor in the am, sooner if you have a fever or vomiting. Be well.

Syncope: It is called vasovagal syncope. Start taking stool softners so that you do not strain.

Consult a doc: You may most likely have an irion deficiency anemia possibly from blood lost.   Please consult your doctor for exam and both blood and stool  evaluation.   Black feces means you may have occult blood loss from your GI tract.

iv thrown up three times randomly in the last ten min and just got super dizzy qnd pooping blood. but when i go to er labs are perfect?

Need good physical: You will need a comprehensive physical examination with a history by someone will be able to spend more time working this up if the er can't find an acute or life threatening type of issue.  Labs are often normal in cases where rapid onset of changes take place.  You should get a family practitioner or internist to sit down with you to really ferret things out.  Stay well hydrated.
