Tansy oil: tansy is a plant used for multiple topical symptoms as an herbal preparation.

tansy is unsafe to take by mouth. it contains a poisonous chemical called thujone. people have died after taking as little as 10 drops of tansy oil
short of death, tansy can cause restlessness,vomitting,sever diarrhea,stomache pain,dizziness,kidney or liver damage,bleeding and seizures..  Do not use this herb

Yes: Inhaling hash oil with a vaporizer can give you a large amount of THC in only 1 or two inhalations which has been known to cause dizziness and anxiety in some people. I have not read of any chills per se, associated with it.

i hit my head april 28th and 29th of this year. i was diagnosed with a mild concussion. i had pcs symptoms, and they are better now. dizziness was a major symptom. i started taking fish oil and it's helped. when will i able to drink again?

Yes, but...: Many things are possible in this world. Thus, the answer to the "Is it possible" question is almost always YES... which makes it a somewhat useless question. The better question is, "How likely is it to happen?" Some patients are indeed allergic to some of the tens of thousands of lotions because of specific ingredients inside. So, one can take the packaging and lotion to her doctor and show her.

does bupropion xl 150mg have any interaction with iron, multivitamin, coconut oil pills and probiotics? 
i feel a little dizzy after taking the bupropion. is that normal?

Wellbutrin XL:  Dizziness can occur in up to 22.3% of people taking Wellbutrin.  REF:  https://www.drugs.com/sfx/bupropion-side-effects.html The first thing to ask is: are you taking in caffeine?  Avoid or reduce Caffeine intake if you use Wellbutrin. This may help relieve dizziness and it may go away on it's own. I don't know of a contraindication with those substances.

Depends: Then either fluid temperature was too high or low compared to body temp or hole in ear drum.  Should subside but may need ENT to see if hole present.

Yes, worry: Might be allergic response to penicillin.  Might be other problems.  Might be good time to go to the emergency room.
