Growth: I am not aware of any.  Once the growth plates in the bones have fused, you're done.  Keep in mind that there are variations between AM and PM based on separation of your vertebrae, and of course there can be errors in measurement.

Lyme in Utah: The most current incidence of Lyme disease is not available from the Utah Department of Health. As per the CDC, compared to other states in 2017 Utah was at the very low end of the number of cases of Lyme, at 10 confirmed cases and 15 probable cases.  Lyme disease is very often over self-diagnosed. See your doctor if you have questions specific to yourself.

Moisturize : Really well and use Hydrocortisone liberally three times a day. If it does not work you may need to see your doc for a stronger steroid to be used less often.

Adrenal insufficienc: Chronic adrenal insufficiency due to any cause is adrenal disease.  If a patient with addison disease is subjected to stress, e.g., infection, surgery trauma etc, it may cause shock i.e. Addisonian crisis.

See details: Treatment starts with minimizing exposure of the skin to cold. Calcium channel blockers such as Nifedipine are the next step. Other treatments include sidenafil and there are also agents available for severe disease in all else fails. See a rheumatologist if you have not done so already.

The physiology behind Blood Pressure tries to maintain harmony even while fasting at all ages. Heart disease is a general term-it does effect the equation.
