Need an office visit: You really need to be evaluated and examined in order to determine disability status. despite how difficult it may be to get to the office this is the only way you will be able to qualify for disability. Make arrangements or the office visit.

Can't calculate them: Disability us more than just an injury or loss of function of a body part it has to do with your occupation and your ability to be retrained. As an example if you lose you 5th finger you would not be disabled if you drive a truck but you could be if you were a concert pianist. If you could train the pianist to play the drums you would no longer be disabled. Disability is a legal not medical term.
