Allergies to sperm: It is very possible to be allergic to a specific man's sperm and semen. Pretreatment with benadryl or other allergy med can help, but it would be best to use a condom so that there is no allergic reaction to the sperm/semen. Repeated allergic reactions can become worse and worse and even lead to anaphylaxis.

Try air drying after washing with luke warm water&have cotton undergarments. If in diaper for a reason, change as soon as it is wet. Try naystatin ointment.

do not use corn starch on your baby's bottom. It can make a yeast diaper.

Doubtful: Some like this product as a drying agent.I find it just another source of food for hungry bacteria that sit on the skin surface.Add a little moisture from sweat & baby can breed many germs.Like any product it may work for some, i just don't recommend it.
