Diflucan (fluconazole): The medication's peak effect is 1-2 hours. The elimination 1/2 life if you are otherwise a normal adult is 20-50 hours. Then you should start feeling better if related to the medication. All the best.

If you are referring to a fungal infection in the groin, you would treat that with a topical agent like Lotrimen which would have no bearing on QT issues. Oral agents would not be indicated and ZPack is for bacteria not fungus. You need to see a health care provider for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Prob Amoxicillin : Nausea from Diflucan uncommon. Amoxicillin much more likely to be responsible. Should resol within 1-2 days of stopping amoxicillin

Candida: The only candida I treat  is in the esophagus. It is 100 mg a day and it is very effective. Recommend taking it for seven days no longer.  Is extremely safe medication. I never see any complications or side effects.
