Not hurting yourself: By taking the antihistamine every night, but you're not doing yourself any good not being evaluated by an allergist/iImmunologist, you maybe allergic to dust mites or maybe just having chronic Rhinitis, until evaluated you can perform simple environmental maneuvers: keep pets away from bedroom, wash your pillows often, avoid smoking/smokers, check aaaai.org or acaai.org for an allergist in ur area

The best thing is to see an ENT for a full evaluation of snoring and to rule out obstructive sleep apnea, that can lead to tiredness and other health problems.

Which one?: I would try rhinex syrup for about 5 days also try salex nasal spray or iliadin nose drops also only short term - the iliadin. The salex is safe to use daily.

Possibly, +: It is certainly possible that your nasal passages are reacting to environment at night, such as pillow, down blanket, dusty carpet, mites or other dust particles floating around. It could also be that air is too dry. In fact probably most people mouth breath at night, wake up with very dry mouth, and stuffy nose.  So, can try correcting this and that, and see what happens. Try saline nasal spray.
