No less than 9: The growing teen is faced with many choices but needs to take care of his/her sleep if they are to function well. While growing, no less than 9 hours of sleep/24hrs is needed. After their linear growth has stopped, they can sometimes get by on 8. Some will need more based on sports participation or heavy study. Events like sleep walking and sleep talking are evidence they're sleep deprived.

Mesotherapy : Mesotherapy has been under investigation by the american society of plastic surgeons for several years. Despite this, there remains a lack of clinical evidence that the procedure is safe and effective for cellulite or fat removal.

Mesotherapy involves injecting a mixture of chemicals under the skin.Known side effects include: allergic reaction, skin ulceration, scarring and infection. The process is not standardized and the procedure is not approved by the fda for any purpose.

A balanced diet is: all that you really need.  Rather than get bogged down in complex formulas for calories and percentages, the easiest thing to do is eat three or four meals per day where your plate is 1/2 fruits and veggies, 1/4 protein (meat, eggs or soy), and 1/4 carbs (pasta, bread).  Since you are so active, you can feel free to eat whenever you are hungry.  Don't eat junk or fast foods and you'll be fine!

Be VERY careful: Whether this is her idea or your strong urging, vegetarianism must be an individual's informed choice. It is dangerous unless the person knows exactly what she is doing and supplements accordingly. No weight loss plan, especially in a minor, should be undertaken without a physician's very close supervision. And as a parent -- consider starting a family fitness program instead with you as leader.

At his age: whatever number of hours of sleep results in him awakening with full energy for the next day is the so call "proper" # of hours.

Talk to your dentist: There are different forms of sedation and anesthetic options in different dental offices, with general anesthesia and IV sedation techniques being more costly.  Talk to your dentist to see if oral sedation and/or oral sedation combined with nitrous oxide/oxygen (laughing gas) is an option.
