i've heard about a vegan/gluten free diet for endometriosis. is this diet effective for getting pregnant or just relieving symptoms?

Don't count on it: No diet affects fertility as related to endometriosis, not one bit. None, period. I also doubt very much that any diet consistently helps with symptoms either, but since symptoms are very personal, some women "might" get relief with a  gluten-free diet.

No: High protein diets combined with complex carbohydrates, with moderate calories and exercise is an excellent start to attempting pregnancy.

Possibly: The HCG diet was originally developed by a.T.W. Simeons M.D. During the 1940's -1950's. It has been used all over the world for over 50 years. This method is extremely safe & effective when used under the care of an experienced & trained md. Apparently  HCG has an effect on your hypothalamus, increasing adiponectin levels & reducing leptin resistance. The method must be followed strictly to work.

i just tested pregnant.my dr had asked me to loose weight b4 getting pregnant. i wish to loose fast. can i follow the 3day military diet? is it safe?

NOT safe during preg: Your doctor said lose weight before pregnancy- now that you're pregnant you can't do that. No weight loss program is safe now   because we have lots of environmental toxins stored in our fat tissues. When we lose weight these toxins enter our blood stream. In early pregnancy exposures to these toxins is very dangerous to your baby. Eat a healthy diet during pregnancy & focus on weight loss after.

Diet and conception: Unless you have been on a highly restrictive diet or an unbalanced diet, changing diet may not be of help in improving the chances of conception. Multiple other factors would be much more important.

Diet pills Fertility: I commend you for your concern about effect of Diet pills. 
Diet pills, can have effect on fertility, according to a 2010 study in the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Being overweight or underweight can affect hormonal balance and impact fertility.

Pretty simple...: Once a woman is married, settled down, and has decided to start a family with her husband (these are all major decisions), she can stop using birth control methods. She can track her periods to see when she is most fertile. Meanwhile, she can take prenatal vitamins, stop any habits such as smoking, and be sure enjoy sex at least every 3 days (do it every day during the "most fertile" week).

Pregnancy: Hi, if you still get ur period then nothing to worry about, sometimes heavy exercise can cause the period to stop but if that's not the case for you then no worries

Healthy lifestyle: You and she might consider a healthy lifestyle that includes fruits, veggies, lean meat, exercise and Folic Acid for her.  Both might benefit from dha supplementation.   Then there are ovulation kits that you can purchase at the drugstore so you know when she will ovulate.  Then you want sperm on board when she ovulates. It can take 12 months or longer for conception in normal adults.

Pregnancy: It is impossible to tell you why you're not getting pregnant I suggest you see a pregnancy specialist to get a definitive diagnosis
