If a woman has a healthy vulva, vagina, and hymen; if she is very stretchy; if she is happy and relaxed, with lots of natural lubrication; if a guy enters at a good angle, at the right spot; if he moves with small motions until she is well-lubricated and stretched out; there may not be tearing nor bleeding.

If your exam is normal, you may want to see a sexual counselor to explore if there are psychological or cultural reasons for your response.

Of course: You can have sex again( be sure to use protection) you tore a piece of tissue in the vagina that covers the canal that the penis goes into when you have sex and it bled . It needs to heal.!touching it might make healing take longer . The bleeding is normal but will stop. That is why, along with the stretching that it hurts in the beginning. Take care. Don't worry.
