Diarrhea/Burning: During the process of having diarrhea, your food contents are moving through the intestinal tract much quicker than the normal bowel movement.  As food going through the intestinal tract, there are many enzymes being produced (most required acidic environment) to break down food particles.  Since the process is speed up during having diarrhea, this will have acidic contents that leads to burning.

Still, if you have any of these symptoms, it’s important to have them checked by a MD.Sometimes anal cancer causes no symptoms at all. But bleeding is often the first sign of the disease. Anal cancer is rare  and is found mainly  above 60 yrs of age.

It's common: Diarrhea tends to irritate the anus, especially in patients with hemorrhoids.  Burning and itching are the most common symptoms of external hemorrhoids.  Good perianal hygene via Sitz baths or long soaks in a regular bath tub are suggested to control your symptoms.  Sometimes cortisone cream can help too.  However, if you also have bleeding with diarrhea, consider an evaluation with a doctor.

Not clear: But milo contains barley, wheat and rice each of which can servers an allergen.  Need to see a board certified allergist for further evaluation.
