Seek help: The concerning part of your history is the dizziness.  If you are having significant amounts of loose stool/diarrhea and limited oral intake, it's possible that your are dehydrated with low blood pressure.  This could all be from a bothersome viral infection but hard to say in this forum.  I would encourage you too seek in-person help, as you may need at least some intravenous fluids.

Probably not: Please call your OB to discuss as your OB knows you, could be a viral infection  and common to get nausea, ht burn at the end which there are otc meds u can take for this, let your OB decide but i rec seeing your OB before the weekend.

If you are showing 2 or more symptoms, you should self isolate and be tested. If you are positive treat symptoms with Acetaminophen (for headache, fever, body aches, sore throat), lots of fluids and rest

Yes but????: This is only happening in the evenings. Are you at work during the day? Could something in your environment be causing this? Is it something you are consuming in the afternoon or evening hours? Any change in your medication? These are all things to look into and if symptoms persist,you definitely  need to see a doctor for evaluation

Stomach flu: is the second most common illness after common cold. The common symptoms are vomiting, diarrhea, headache, stomachache and/or fever. The condition usually last up to 21 days. Good rest, lots of fluids and Tylenol (acetaminophen) OTC for pain management will help you to recover. If concerned see your doctor for evaluation and treatment.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. What you described suggests viral gastroenteritis. You may take imodium for diarrhea. Stay hydrated. If that does not work in a day it would be prudent to see your doctor.

Dehydration/Flu: Please go to your doc. You may have the flu and if you keep loosing fluid you can get dehydrated.  There may be an easy fix so please follow up.
