drank heavily for the first time last weekend. have had diarrhea since sunday but other than that i feel fine. is this normal? what do i need to do?

Diarrhea can also be due to food, gastroenteritis or stress.
Trust in healing powers of your body.
Give Rest to your GI System, use only liquids such as Gatorade. Ginger ale or lemonade, slowly introduce light meal.

i have lost 3-4 kg in 2 weeks (it fluctuates). should i be concerned? i have not changed my diet. i was sick and had diarrhea before but now i am better, though my weight is still decreasing every day?

: You are young so you should be able to gain back your weight fast if appetite is fine and you no longer have gastrointestinal symptoms. If you do not gain back some weight in the next 7 days, see your doctor then.

Weight diary: Food is not the only one, how about fluids? Have been drinking more than normal? Are using the same scale? Is the weight increments are significant or just tiny? Consider a diary for your meals, bowel movement and weights.

You need to be check: Abnormal/irregular periods are due to hormones changes which could be due  due to stress or other factors or pregnancy.  If  pregnant, your pregnancy may be in danger.  Anyways contact your dr. Or see one.  You're bleeding too much.  That bleeding should be reduce/stop.  You could become anemic.  If your uterus is tilted back, heavy periods can cause diarrhea or it could be due to the flu.

See your doctor: Impossible to say without more information if it will get better or not. If it is a simple viral gastroenteritis, it should get better. But there are many other things that could on longer. Consult directly with your physician.
