See below: Can be lactose intolerant ie milk allergy. I would avoid milk and have a smaller breakfast. Maybe fruit and a roll and coffee

Intolerance?: Depending on what you eat for breakfast, you may have an intolerance to dairy or gluten. You should get this checked out - may be a hint that something is going on.

i had been taking 1000mg vit c after dinner with no problems, when i switched to taking it after breakfast  i get diarrhea. can't figure out why?

That is hard to expl: I can not figure that out either. it may just be a coincidence. You can determine the cause by stopping your Vitamin- C for 1 or 2 days of go back to taking it in the evening/ bed time. You will find out what is going on.

Costa Rican Diet : It could be due to eating too much gallo pinto with salsa lizano the night before. It may be due to food allergy from something in your breakfast. It could also be do it acid reflux, h. Pylori or other conditions. Consult your doctor for a formal diagnosis.

Food allergy: If every day you eat the same foods and have diarrhea perhaps you are allergic to the eggs, steak etc. Consider eliminating something to determine if you still have diarrhea. If diarrhea disappears after eliminating something from your diet this could be your answer.

What's the cause?: Impossible to say without testing. "plugging up" diarrhea will not cure an infection, fix an inflammatory process, improve an ischemic gut, or correct a functional issue.  Medical evaluation is recommended appropriate to the duration of your symptoms, associations (bleeding, weight loss, pain, vomiting), as well as your other medical co-morbidities.  Call your doctor please and get checked.

Avoidance...: Symptoms may be related to lactose intolerance or gallbladder problems.  I suggest either trying a lactaid supplement with breakfast or avoiding dairy altogether to see if symptoms improve.  Secondly, i'd try eliminating heavy fatty food to see what impact that may have. If symptoms persist, go see a GI specialist. Good luck!

It : It is not clear to me if this is a new or long-standing problem for you.  There is a reflex that can occur after we eat that causes defectation (bowel movement), this is called the gastrocolic reflex and occurs from when we get food in our stomach.  However, diarrhea every morning, especially if this is a change, should be evaluated.  You may need a gastroenterology evaluation or a colonoscopy if this is a bowel change.

If you had worsening diarrhea, vomiting, fever, bloody stools, or vomiting then you would have to be seen immediately.
