: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

i switched my pills into different content, diane 35 to yaz after my pill free week (day 29) and i had sex (we're sure he didn't finished inside me) 6hrs before taking my 8th pill (didn't missed or late), am i still protected during the intercourse?

: The sequence provided in your question should not diminish the contraception from the oral bcp's.

: When you finish you second packet or box as you called it, you can stop however you will not have any birth control protection. If you want birth control protection, it would be best to continue birth control pills and seek other treatment for your acne.  Or if you want to switch to another birth control pill you can just start it on the day you would normally start a new packet of Yaz.

: Maybe. It is not clear how long after you had the withdrawal bleeding that you started Yaz, but in this situation back up contraception (condoms usually) is always recommended as a precaution for the entire first month on Yaz.

If GYN agrees.: That would ultimately be up to your doctor and/or gynecologist. If you have no contraindications it is worth a try.  Diane 35 is helpful for the treatment of androgenetic alopecia in some individuals, less so in others; but the only way to find out if it will be helpful for you is to try it.

Yes: Diane is a combined hormonal contraceptive. The 35 just refers to the dosage of ethinyl estradiol in the pill. We once used this to differentiate between pills made by the same company with different levels of estrogen, i.e. OrthoNovum 1+35 and OrthoNovum 1+50.

Yes: No form of contraceptive is 100%.    Taken perfectly, the birth control pill is 97% effective.

Why take?: Vitamin E does not affect birth control pills. Normally extra Vitamin E supplementation is not recommend unless your doctor has recommended for a specific condition.

Hormones: The hormones in those pills have that effect and can cause nausea. Usually it resolves with time. Most women do not feel that it significantly affects their lifestyle and continue taking the pills
If it significantly alters your daily life, consider switching.

4-6%: The birth control pill, when taken every day as directed still has about a 4-6 % chance of pregnancy over course of a year.  So very low but not zero. There are great apps for your phone that can help. Remind you to take pill every day.
