Try insurer website: Years ago, listings used to be available only in printed form. By the turn of the century, lists had become available online everywhere. Now, some lists are only online, and no longer printed. County medical societies (or other local medical societies), hospitals, insurance companies usually list medical doctors by name, specialty, and location. The better websites have "find a doctor" pages.

Yes: Continuity of care is critical specifically for chronic meds as their effects should be always assessed. Either same doctor or same office should be used if possible. All efforts should be made to stay on the minimum amount of drugs for the least amount of time.

High healed shoes: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends ; your bone maturity is that of an adult  there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity.If adult, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 yr you might grow an additional couple of inches.

Six Weeks: This can vary but it is usually thought to be six weeks.  Sometimes in the acute phase the test is so positive that it gives a false negative. So, doctors expert in this will treat an obvious lesion or rash even before the test results are known.

Much less active: But sometimes they are active. Not only cold weather, but also winter clothing means that ticks are rarely a problem in winter. Remain alert to the risk if you venture into bushes, tall grasses, etc.

: She may not be drinking enough water. Offer her water, milk, fruit juice , electrolyte drink to ensure proper hydration.
