Injury to lip: If the cut wound stopped bleeding and the cut itself is not deep it should heal on its own. If bleeds and a deep cut an approximation with a suture will facilitate the healing.

: Did you dilute the dettol as instructed? If not, you may have chemically burned those sensitive tissues. You may have been suffering from jock itch, and at this point you may have exacerbated the situation by incorrectly using a product that probably should not have been used.

Stop douching: This is terrible stuff to put in the vagina! It has irritated the tissues and probably is the cause of the urinary pain. It should clear up in a day or two, but see your doctor if it does not. You should never douche (vaginal wash) with anything; it is unhealthy and unnecessary for hygiene. If you have odor, discharge, or otherwise thinkg you have an infection, see your doctor, but never douche!

: Never use that and any alcohol based product in the genital area. Keep area clean with soap and water and apply OTC cortisone ointment and it should heal.
