Might be age: The term is saying that multiple discs (presumably in your back/neck) are dried out and decreased in size.   This happens to everyone as you age and the question is whether it is more than normal.

Not much: If these are your film readings, suggests some early wear and tear degenerative problems , especially for your age.   The films also suggest muscular spasm.  In view of findings, if you have symptoms, find a good physical therapist.

Well, YOU ARE LIKELY: Going to have some arthritic issues as life goes on. You may keep things at bay for the longest time with proper stretching, strengthening of the muscles surrounding your spine if you do it consistently. Report any numbness or tingling going down either arm to your doctor please.

Probably nothing ?: These are mild degenerative changes of the intervertebral discs seen on an MRI scan.  Minimal deformity of the anterior thecal sac means that a disc reaches back far enough to touch the front of the membranes covering the spinal cord.  At age 21, i would be very cautious interpreting these findings.  You are very young.  If you have back pain, it is possible that these findings are not the cause.

Degenerative changes: as we age, motion  and loading in the spine will begin to wear down the discs, and they get dry (desiccation) shrink top,to,bottom and bulge as the outer rings waken in the disc. Generally it means you need to strengthen your core muscles, lose weight, stand straighter, exercise more to help ease your back pain.

Moderately: advanced degenerative changes.  Treatment depends on symptoms.  Consult with ortho back specialist.

Nothing important: Dessication of the discs is an early sign of aging but is not harmful by itself.  Mild protrusions are seen commonly and are asymptomatic.    

In my over 25 years of experience with these findings, they are common and of now importance.  Don't worry about them.

Back pain: You are developing breakdown or arthritis at the level above the fusion. The fusion acts as a lever and puts extra stress on the adjacent level. A CT scan of the lumbar spine can determine if the fusion is solid and the hardware is not broken/loose. Arthritis and back pain can occur at the level above the fusion (L3/4) or below the fusion (sacroiliac joints). See your spine surgeon for evaluation.
