Chances of pregnancy are small. 
If still worried get an OTC drugstore preg test kit or get a lab slip to reassure yourself.

No.: I'm not aware of this. Both methods aim to inhibit ovulation. If you get Depo Provera every 12 weeks (3 months) and you also took Ella (ulipristal acetate) within 120hrs of unprotected sex, your chances of pregnancy is very very slim. If a healthcare provider told you this, i would clarify with them and ask for some literature that supports the claim. Take care!

No and No: The risk of pregnancy with Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) is less than 1%.  Taking a birth control pill at the same time does not increase ovulation or conception rates.

i took depo about 3 months ago but it's around that time for me to go and get the next shot. i had unprotected sex last week and i've been tired lately, been popping more often, and my stomach feels weird. could i be pregnant.

Too soon to know: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

I am not quite: Sure what you are asking? If you are pregnant and have had Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) - let your gynecologist know promptly. Take a preg test: Many women spot on depo.  The only way to know for certain if you are pregnant is to take a home pregnancy test.  They are cheap and available at any local pharmacy.

Very unlikely.: Depo-provera causes the lining inside of your uterus to become very thin. This can result in spotting and bleeding.  It does not affect how well depo-provera works but it is a nuisance. This can usually be treated very easily by taking a low-dose estrogen for a short period of time. Consult with your gynecologist.

Depo and pregnancy: The package insert for depo mentions that it will work for 3 months - (12 weeks) but the insert  mentions 13 weeks.     Other literature mentions effectiveness over 12-14 weeks.      Now  from a practical point  -  its best to keep on a schedule  - every 12 weeks.    However if you are a day late you are likely still protected.   Hope that helps
