Treating rosacea: If you have Rosacea I would not suggest using any machine on your face. you could make your Rosacea worse. You should see your Dermatologist to treat your Rosacea problem first. At that point you can show the skin tightening machine to your Dermatoogist and get their opinion.

Rash on face: Demodex is thought to cause inflammation in the skin and may cause rosacea  and pimples.

Yes they do: Demodex mites live in sebaceous glands and are associated with oily skin. They can be treated with an antibiotic but may recur.   Other treatments for oily skin and rosacea need to be used. See your dermatologist for ongoing help

Get a diagnosis: Demodex is found in nearly everyone, it is normally present in the scalp and does not cause problems in most people, so usually no treatment is required. Demodex could play a role in aggravating certain skin conditions such as Rosacea, and chronic blepharitis.  If you have a skin problem, see a doctor to get it diagnosed and treated.

No need for remedy: We all have demodex mite in the skin of our face and scalp. That is very unlikely to cause you any problems. Just shampoo your scalp, at least 3-4 times/week.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

hello, i have blepharitis/demodex mites. i started using cliradex wipes. hoping that will work. i have eyelash loss on bottom right lid, maybe 6-8 lash gap, comes in very sparse. sparse on both lids. will lashes grow back, even after years of this?

: They should grow back, get your doctor to write an Rx for Latisse which will help the process of lash regrowth.
