Symptoms: You may be having cramping from implantation but there isn't a way to tell directly.  I would check a pregnancy test to see what is going on and you should see your doctor whether or not you are pregnant if the pain persists.

Yes: If your period is delayed, you should take a pregnancy test.  If a week later you still haven't gotten it, repeat the test.

Delayed Period: If you are a heavy drinker with liver damage, then yes since your metabolism of hormones is affected and this can make you have irregular periods. A drinking binge will not have the same effects.

Roughly yes: In reproductive medicine, when a patient stops a progesterone of any type we use three days as "artificial" cycle day one. So in theory, you shoul ovulate 17 days after your last dose. Hope that helps.

Weird cycle: It is important to not panic just because one cycle if a little off from the others. The main issue to track the pattern over time. If your cycles return to normal over the next few months then one abnormal cycle is not an issue. Always make sure your pregnancy test is negative. If you are not on birth control consider starting which will also give you better cycle control.

Menses: There are a number of possibilities for why you would not have a menses after plan b.  It is possible that the Plan B did not work and you are pregnant.  It is also possible that you did not ovulate so you don't have a period because of anovulation. You should see your physician as soon as possible to figure out why you had no menses.
