Different medicines: Allegra (fexofenadine) - d is an antihistamine with a decongestant (d) which is pseudophed.  The allergra part treats the itchy sneezy symptoms while the decongestant part works as a decongestant.

Yes: yes , but the main differences seem to be individual ---some people respond better to one than the other.  The pseudoephedrine tends to less sedating

Not recommended: Ambien (zolpidem) doesn't cause restful sleep. You can wake up groggy and tired. If you're taking ibuprofen, you must have food in your stomach in order to prevent gastritis or a stomach ache. Also since you're taking pseudoephedrine, that could keep you up all night. That's only indicated for very short term use. So taking Ambien (zolpidem) would not help if you're also taking it all together.

You can: Take the two basically at the same time, as there is no clearly concerning interaction.  Realize the Sudafed may make you "hyper" while the tramadol may make you drowsy.   How the two effects may valance out isn't clear and could be variable for different persons.
