Deanxit (flupentixol/melitracen) is not used in US. May have been banned. It&#x27;s been banned in India. I can&#x27;t find good information for this combo med. Unable to respond for this reason. Ask your prescriber for advice or alternative med. Good luck!

What country do yout live in?  Deanxit (flupentixol and melitracen) is banned in a number of countries to include the USA. As a  result, I have no experience working with it. I encourage you to work with the prescribing doctor regading stopping the medication.

This medication is not available in the us.  What i was able to find about it indicated it's only for short-term use -- and depression is a long-term problem.  The medication has been banned in multiple countries: india, denmark, us, the uk, ireland, canada, japan, and australia. Deanxit has been banned from several countries, including USA, for neurological side effects. This does include weird dreams, amongst others, which can leave you “feeling weird ,” as you say, the next morning.

Deanxit is a combination medication with a lot of possible side effects.  It was banned in the US due to 
the side effects.  Withdrawal of the medication can cause an increase in the anxiety and heart racing.
It needs to be monitored very carefully.  If you are having heart palpatations then call your doctor to have them evaluate you.

I was under stress for 3 months and i've suffered from insomnia . i've took melatonin and deanxit. i see hair thining and fall .does my hair grow back ?

Decrease stress. Eat a healthy balance diet which includes protein. Have thyroid levels and iron stores checked. See a dermatologist for evaluation and work-up. Topical Minoxidil twice a day is the only proven remedy to thicken hair. However, this treatment it is not appropriate for everyone (given the warnings, precautions, and contraindications). See and discuss options with a dermatologist.

If we are speaking of pills I do not know of any best time.  If we are speaking of B12 injections, again anytime is ok.  Oral B12 requires an acid environment in the stomach in order to bind to intrinsic factor (made by the stomach) and be easily absorbed- so empty stomach is best and not when you have recently taken antacids or medicines that inhibit stomach acid production.
