One of the ingredients (pseudoephedrine) has the potential to cause some irritability in baby and a decrease to your milk supply.  As with any OTC medication while breastfeeding, take for the shortest duration possible, only as needed, and dose according to bottle instructions.

Give it time: A cold just needs to run it's course.  None of these meds makes it go away any sooner.  In fact, it might make you feel crummier.  It's stick to one remedy and folow it's instructions.  Otherwise, you are just doubling up on the same thing with more risk than benefit.
