That is because the standard way of counting pregnancy weeks sets 0-weeks as the first day of the last menstrual period. That means 2-weeks is usually ovulation and conception. So, 6-weeks pregnant equals 4 weeks after conception. Using a calendar and counting backwards helps.

Not wrong: If you got pregnant around 11.16.13 +/- a few days then it makes sense that your bhcg would not have been positive quite yet around that time. Why does it matter though? The sonogram gives you a very accurate conception date so worry about the blood test is not likely to be fruitful.

What did your OB say: Your OB should ahve already answered this for you, that is the first thing your OB does when he or she sees you is make sure you have a viable pregnancy and give you one due date , if you are 27 weeks today the wheel says you are due 2/4/13 and if your periods are every 28 days u would have conceived may 13 or 14 you need to go see your OB on monday so u are satisfied with your due date.

Possible: Excessive exercise can definitely result in a change in your periods. Oligomenorhea, too few periods, or amenorrhea,  no periods can occur. I know this might seem like a nice thing, free of the hassle, but in reality there are significant short term and long term consequences.  Your bone health is at risk.:  stress fractures now and osteoporosis later.  Could you be pregnant?
