Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. You may take a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water daily so that your urine is colorless. For the long term you may try to increase your intake of fiber foods. medroxyprogesterone (depo-provera), a contraceptive drug
look for another reason for the back pain(kidney).

Maybe related or not: Certain colorectal problems such as ulcerative colitis, proctitis, crohn's disease, cancer, acute diverticulitis can cause lower back pain and blood in stool. But they may not be related--hemrroids, fissures, diverticular bleed, cancer can cause blood in stool and not likely causing back pain. So, without more info it is difficult to tell what you have.
