i suddently notices big dark spot on the side of my tongue, and there is a small dark spot on the other side of my tongue can u please help me?

Hemangioma: The dark spots may be a hemangioma of tongue. They are often raised dark or purplish growths caused by swelling and outgrowing of veins, appear like blood bubbles. They are benign but can be removed if get in the way of eating or looks unpleasant. They can appear any time, at many places. We commonly see them on older adults on lips. See dentist to confirm what you see.

BIOPSY: A red or white  spot could be pre-cancerous or cancerous and a black spot  could be black hairy tongue -geographic tongue. A biopsy would alleviate your fears.

Sore on tongue: White coated tongue can be from mouth breathing or candida. Dark sore on the tongue should be checked by a oral surgeon if no better with oral glypxide swishes.

May be bite mark: There are a number of things that can cause something like this, most of which are not serious.  It could well be a bite mark.  It should heal quickly, in a few days.  If the area does not heal in 2 weeks, or gets bigger and more painful, it is time to see a dentist and have it checked.
