Blood in semen: Please get to your family physician as soon as possible.  If this symptom has been present for more than one day you need to be seen immediately.  

Simple short lived blood in semen may represent an infection in the prostate gland. 

But, this gland is well known for developing cancer. You need to be checked. Today.

Maybe hairs!: Could be blood (probably normal), could be hair, could be dirt, could be lubricants, could be chocolate cookie in your spit. Probably not bad!

See your doc: Consistent pain with erection isn't normal, neither is consistent discoloration. Suggest you see your doc about it, he/she may recommend you see a urologist or get further testing as well.

Hematospermia: Bloody semen is called hematospermia. The most common cause is trauma to the internal genital organs (prostate, seminal vesicles, etc). Often from activities like horseback riding, off road biking, etc -- but even smooth road biking can do it. If no such possibility and/or if the blood continues, see a doctor, preferably a urologist. Get prostate exam: blood in semen and dark stool suggests blood in stool ....have prostate exam and a prescription for Bactrim or cipro (ciprofloxacin) to rule out prostate infection.   Don't delay because it can be more serous.....high PSA test can be infection or prostate cancer....it takes a while to get through all the testing so don't waste time getting in.

See urologist ASAP: That is perplexing.  The blood clots are treated with anti-coagulation, so there is an increased risk of bleeding.  I am not a urologist, however, so i defer ot their expertise as to the source of the bleeding in the seminal tract.

Seminal vesiculitis?: Maybe an infection in the seminal vesicles (where semen is stored before ejaculation). Or trauma between scrotum and anus, e.g. from off-road biking. An STD (gonorrhea, chlamydia) could do it, but of course only if sex with other people. Most likely not serious, but see a doctor; better safe than sorry. One of your country's excellent sexual health centres would be an excllent choice for care.

Infection: Sounds like you have an infection,  either urinary or urethritis. Either might be from an std. Need exam and testing to clarify cause.

: This very likely is @your surgery, possibly residual bleeding. Although it most likely is nothing serious, I would suggest you see your surgeon for evaluation and confirmation just to be precautious.
