Pimple?: Sounds like a boil or pimple. If worried, show it to a  doctor.

i got several hickeys on my breast from my husband and they are very dark but one of them has a blue bump on it and it hurts, could it be a blood clot?

Possibly: If it is a small blood clot there is nothing to be concerned about but it can be uncomfortable.  Putting a warm compress may help alleviate the pain.  Tell him not to be as rough next time.

Pimple: That is most likely skin inflammation resulted from the "pimple". Usually that will go away.  A picture of the lesion would help

Good : Good morning. I really hope that you head your doctor's advice and get this evaluated asap. The black material on pads could be old blood. For a woman who has gone through menopause, this type of change in menstrual pattern needs to be evaluated. You don't have the luxury to wait on getting these things examined.

Get it checked: If it is spreading then don't assume it is yeast without having a doctor look at it.  There are some life threatening skin infections that can spread.  Have it looked at and discuss treatment options further with physician
