i am a female and get large cysts around my genitals and inner thighs. they are blood or puss filled. how can i prevent or treat them? some r painful.

Drain and culture: These are not uncommon.  Often time they need to be drained and cultured to determine exactly what is causing this.  Treatment can then be focused and preventing or treating the specific cause.  Warm compresses and good hygeine can also help, but see your doctor to discuss options.

Need an exam: There are a lot of possibilities.  It could be an ingrown hair, hydradenitis, a boil or many other things.  You need an exam to find out what it is.  Best wishes!

Cyst: It may be a cyst that keeps getting irritated.  You may need to be on antibiotics  to clear it up.  You need to see a physician.

If your cyst: Was treated with hormones there may be an association. Hormone therapy can increase risk of dvt.

No: Not from your description. Hemorrhoids are normal veins at the anal opening. Leg veins can become enlarged as varicose veins or can get superficial thrombophlebitis. Would need to have an exam with a doctor to tell what you have.
