i have a cyst on my arm i squeezed it and it felt like it popped twice but popped under the skin, now it's warm to the touch and hurts. is that bad?

i found a very very very tiny perfectly round lump on my elbow, its slightly hard, but moveable under the skin. it also doesnt hurt, and hasnt grown. is it possible its a cyst? or should i be concerned?

If you don't know...: ....What it is, how do you know it's genetic?  It might be, but it could be infectious.  Like most skin conditions, it could be many things, and to be properly diagnosed a doctor has to actually look at it.  We can not advise a treatment without knowing what we are treating.
