Mouth sores: cheek especially heal more slowly than skin since we keep "traumatizing" the area which is often swollen.. try salt water "swishes" particularly after eating ...

Yes: You really need to have this seen by a professional to have it checked out.  It could be a blocked salivary gland or any number of things. There really isn't enough information to give a complete diagnosis or even list of possible problems but do see a dentist asap.

Don't try to pop it: Especially until you know what it is - don't try to pop it. It might make it worse - infection, spreading, etc. Gently dab it clean, perhaps a mild astringent, let a doctor see it - or at least a good pharmacist. It's your face - don't injure it by popping things. Best!

Sebaceous Cyst: The most likely thing is a sebaceous cyst which is benign.  It should be evaluated and removed while it is still small.  In this location, i would recommend seeing a plastic surgeon to minimize the appearance of the scar.

Probably a keloid.: You probably have what is called a keloid. You can google 'keloid' and see if that is what you have. It can be painful, and if it is in an open area, can look ugly. Otherwise, it is usually nothing to worry too much about. If you are concerned, see your doctor.

Sounds like: peri anal abscess that is ready to drain spontaneously.  If it continues to cause pain, it is best to show it to a doctor.  You might need to be on antibiotics.

Follow up...: If you are developing a worsening skin reaction on Accutane you need to see your Dermatologist ASAP. This medication can cause different skin reaction and changes that need to be monitored by the specialist. I think it is time to pay a follow up visit.

cyst in maxillary ent thinks it's my tmj causing pain but pain is up near my cheek. can tmj go up that high?

Ectopic pain: You can have referred pain.  You can also have a pain-causing problem not related to your TMJ.  Please see your Dentist for clearance.
