This result suggest you should be under the care of a rheumatologist to confirm/reject this diagnosis & to treat you if the DX is correct. The ui ml= 0.5 is confusing, unless the results were in spanish or other non-english language.

See below: RA is not diagnosed by tests alone. Normal people can have positive tests and people with RA can have confusing tests. Diagnosis and treatment is based on a careful history and physical, x_rays and laboratory tests. All are necessary.

No: It just means that you cannot get rubella again.  You either had the shot or had the disease in the past. Sometimes people get the disease and there are very few symptoms.
