Not necessarily: Other STDS are not likely to affect your response to HPV.  Get HPV vaccine and you will not need to be concerned about it.
However, other STDs make you more likely to catch HIV, if you get exposed to it.
Use contraceptive all the time, every time.

Not really: a reason must be there like eczema in the genital area, yeast infection,  STDs, urine infection, pin worms, excessive sweating, pubic lice, scabies and many more reasons. please see a physician for full evaluation

Several issues: Creatine is a transient performance booster that will not have any long term benefit, other than draining your wallet. Masturbation with any contaminated toy might pass some of the STD germs, but not most,otherwise no. Testosterone boosters are hype, they are unregulated, do increase some factors that increase acne and shrink you nads, but will not cause testosterone to go up.

Vaginitis: You don't say what the causative agent of your vaginitis is, but if not trichomoniasis, chlamydia or gonorrhea it is unlikely it is sexually transmitted. Discuss this with your gynecologist.  They are very knowledgeable and can guide you appropriately since they are in possession of more info than you are providing here.  Good luck.

There : There are many possibilities. One of the most common is psoriasis.  I would have it checked out by a dermatologist locally.  Usually, we try a lower strength cortisone cream for a week or two.  If no better, then a biopsy may be warranted as skin cancer, infectious causes and other skin diseases such as lichen planus and zoon's balanitis can occur.  Good luck.

Testing leads to cur: STDs are best diagnosed by a combination of history, physical exam, urine and/or blood testing.  There are many different treatments for genital warts that usually lead to a cure.  Best to see your doctor to take care of this.

: It really depends on which STD you need to treat. What works very well for one infection may not work at all well for another, and dosing and duration can also vary. If there is significant concern about exposure you could be given both of these antibiotics, pending more definitive testing, and that is not something that should be done casually or without medical supervision.

Improving as expecte: You have been treated appropriately for both gonorrhea and chlamydia, as well as for nongonococcal urethritis (NGU, often called nonspecific urethritis or NSU in the UK). It often takes 7-10 days for symptoms to clear entirely, so it sounds like you're on track. Continue to avoid sex and recheck with the GUM clinic (or whoever treated you) if symptoms are still present after a week or so.

Yup: That's why they're called sexually transmitted diseases. Of course, tainted blood in a transfusion or contaminated needle pricks can transmit some std like HIV or hcv.
