i have this burning sensation in my anus whenever i pass feces, almost as if my anus is irritated, inflammation inside, it's itchy when i wipe the area. i have examined inside my anus and i could see redness as if the skin is broken.

IT COULD BE HUMIDITY IF THE AREA STAYING WET MORE OFTEN IT WILL LEAD TO SOME KIND OF YEAST OR FUNGUS INFECTION, NEED TO KEEP IT DRY AND APPLY TOPICAL OINTMENT FOR THAT PURPOSE THAT YOU COULD BUY FROM OVER THE COUNTER.

AREA COULD GET ITCHY AND SCRATCHING COULD BRAKE THE SKIN AND CREATE ALL KIND OF PROBLEM INCLUDING INFECTION,

Get seen: difficult to evaluate without seeing you.  Contact dermatitis (diaper rash), yeast infections, bacterial infections can all be possible.  Hygiene, keeping it dry can all help but you should see a doctor

Could be many things: Including condyloma or genital warts, hemorrhoids or pruritus from excess moisture and caffeine. Best to get them looked at by your pcp or a colon and rectal surgeon. And cut out the caffeine and use corn starch powder liberally several times a day on your bottom.

Should heal: If you have some minor trauma from the masturbation, then you could just let it heal.  If you are in a lot of pain, you could see a doctor or try over the counter anusol and ibuprofen by mouth.      If you don't think the masturbation caused it, then I think you should see a doctor for evaluation.
