Possible BV: Bacterial vaginosis, or bv, is a bacterial infection of the vagina. Symptoms include a fishy smelling discharge, though it is no always white.  It can be diagnosed by a swab of the vagina, and is easily treated with topical antibiotics. 
White discharge is also  associated with vaginal yeast infections, but does not always smell fishy.

Vaginal dryness: I suspect the cause is poor lubrication. If the vagina is not well lubricated then burning and irritation follow intercourse. Try using a lubricant such as Astroglide. Also  have your partner spend more time on foreplay to see if this helps.

Vaginal pH issues: Unfortunately, when your husband ejaculates the pH will change as the semen is slightly alkaline whether or not he takes "probiotics". You can always have him wear a condom temporarily to see if that improves your vaginal "imbalance".
