Pregnancy: Pregnancy could be a possibility.  Try taking a pregnancy test.  They become positive about a week after you should have begun your period.  If its negative, repeat in 1 week and see your doctor.

No: Although I am not a ob/gyn  i believe the presence of the fluid is not indicative of pregnancy but could be present for many other reasons including infectious causes. The best test of pregnancy in my opinion is a serum pregnancy test. My recommendation is to see a gyn for further evaluation of the discharge and to have a pregnancy test performed if indicated.

Vaginal discharge: Most likely unrelated to intercourse. It could be just normal discharge or maybe a yeast infection (although discharge tend to be white and clumpy). If you have no itching,irritation or foul odor I would not be concerned at this time. Take care!

Pregnancy test: If it has been 3 weeks since you had sex, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

Probably: If your cycle is regular, than you would most likely be ovulating around this time (mid cycle-you ovulate 14 days before your period), so having sex as often as possible in the next few days would be optimal for trying to get pregnant. Best wishes.

Mittleschmerz: Impossible to say for sure, but probably nothing unusual. Pain around ovulation is common and called mittleschmerz. It's definitely not 'pregnancy' yet, too early for reliable symptoms. Good luck!.
