Possible: around the time of ovulation and a few days past your cervical mucus is usually abundant and quite thin to allow better sperm motility.  Probably a bit early to start checking pregnancy test, but good luck if this is what you want

Pregnancy test: If it has been 3 weeks since you had sex, do a home pregnancy test. If the result is negative repeat the test 4-5 days later unless you get a period by then. Use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex if you have sex.

Vaginal discharge: Most likely unrelated to intercourse. It could be just normal discharge or maybe a yeast infection (although discharge tend to be white and clumpy). If you have no itching,irritation or foul odor I would not be concerned at this time. Take care!

Can I be pregnant?: It is very unlikely to get pregnant four days after one ovulates. And it is impossible to get pregnant if there is no fresh semen deposited inside of the vagina. So, I am not sure why you are asking if you are pregnant if that is impossible given the scenario you describe.
