It results from a combination of factors, both internal (e.g. Your genetic make-up), and external (e.g. Contact with irritants and allergens such as chemicals). Treatment is avoidance of allergens and topical steroids like vanos and emollients like cerave cream.

Not ideal: Since this contains a cortisone plus an antifungal, it is not the best option for dry skin although the cortisone part may reduce the itching a little.  The better solution for dry skin is applying moisturizer 2x daily with one of them

See answer: What is medically termed "uremic pruritus" (up) is quite common in patients with end-stage renal disease on dialysis and can be quite distressing and bothersome. Lack of consensus in precise cause(s). Treatments generally include either topical or oral meds. Topical treatments include skin emollients, capsaicin cream and tacrolimus. Your dad's nephrologist can provide specific recommendations.

Depends: on what current prescription you are using. I would advise washing off any cream you have applied and try using OTC Lubriderm.

Groin rash: There are a plethora of reasons why a person gets the groin rash. Some of these are infectious like fungus and yeasts and others are due to conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and other problems. There is no way to sort this out by trying to answer your question. You need really to see a dermatologist and remember not to use that cream on your groin where no strong cortizone (hydrocortisone) should be used.

Eyelids sensitive: Eyelid skin is very delicate so it reacts easily to chemicals in the air or surface contact. Your eyelids could be irritated by or allergic to products used around your eyes, on your face or scalp, or things you handle. Seborrheic dermatitis can also cause scaly, red eyelids. You could try a brief course of hydrocortisone, used sparingly or be evaluated by a derm. Nail polish/epoxy have caused.
