Consider vaseline: People using to avoid chafing when doing repetive movement associated with many sports.  Cheap easy and unlikely to have negative effects.

Lots of Causes: There are a number of causes for labial or vaginal itching. Most commonly, it is caused by yeast. In other cases it can be a local reaction to soaps, detergents, or clothing which irritate the area.  STD's are also a possibility, but less likely. None of these causes are treated by vagisil.  The only way to find out the true cause and cure for a case of itching is to see your doctor.

Neosporin, but....: The symptoms may be caused by local irritation from shaving, but if worsening or lasting more than a few hours, evaluation is advised. Infection could be present. In meantime, if you have no allergy to neosporin, it is ok to use a pea-sized amount to the area. This may soothe irritation, but if infected you will need other treatment.

Painful vaginal sore: During this current pandemic, and in general, excessive stress can activate herpes I/II , with sores as described .  See your gyn physician for an exam and testing, and possible treatment with antiviral medications.

Many products : Any exfoliating cream followed by whitening creams should give temporary and hopefully permanent results.  Hope this helps.

: This may be an infection/abscess forming in a gland. Creams would be of little use. Moist heat may get the process to come to the skin surface &amp; drain but it may need to be drained if it gets too big or painful.

See a doctor : I think it's important to get any kind of abnormality in the genital area checked out, especially in a child as young as 18 months. It's hard to know what it might be without seeing it.
