Dry skin?: Certainly it's not bugs. If you don't see them, they're not there. Try moisturizing skin lotion, or even Benadryl (diphenhydramine) lotion for itching.  See a doctor if rash develops.

Quit it: Quit using meth while you are ahead. If you keep at it, it is going to get worse, much worse.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Prickling: The could be a wide variety of reasons for your symptoms, including diabetes. Your best interests are served by being evaluated by your physician.
