Very variable.  : Some women never have cramping.  Some report cramping their whole pregnancy.  If the pain is worsening, or accompanied by bleeding, contact your doctor.  Otherwise, mention it at your next visit.

cycle is 25days. period 10/4 and intercourse on 10/9. took aftera (plan b) 10/11at night. threw up on 10/12 and 10/15. took two preg.test 10/18 and 10/22but was negative. still no period yet, just mild cramps. pregnant? when did i ovulate?

: Pregnancy unlikely Conception occurs within day or so of the sex. It takes about 3 weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG for positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully

They can be: Side cramps, also known as round ligament pains, can be normal. If they don't get better with resting then call your OB provider. Plus size women tend to show later in pregnancy, it depends on how plus they are.

Many can be treated, but it is essential that a pregnant woman with cramping contact an OB provider. In most cases she will be asked to go to labor & delivery for evaluation and monitoring for labor. No one should try to "manage" uterine cramping alone. That would be too risky for baby!

Many causes 4 cramps: Cramping in pregnancy can come from several things from bladder infection to early labor.
