Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

lmp was on 4/13. on the 12th and 15 day had sex.  trying for baby. chances of getting pregnant? now i have slight cramps in pelvic area.

Ovulation: One does not get pregnant during their menstrual cycle. They get pregnant from sperm left in the vagina on the five days leading up to ovulation.  Perhaps you need to review the simple facts about how your ovaries work and when ovulation occurs.

i have not had my period since sept 15 and i took 3 pregnant test last month it was negative but i have cramps in pelvic area and a swolle abdomen?

Get checked: There are a number of reasons to miss a period for 3 months when a woman is not pregnant.  The reason for no periods is lack of ovulation, and the cause can be hormones such as thyroid or prolactin are abnormal, or a condition called pcos, weight too high or too low, or stress.  At any rate you will need an evaluation to find and treat the cause.  Good luck.

35 week pregnant & in a lot of pain. pains down right side of body, strong cramps in pelvic area & dull aching lower back pain is this normal?

No call your OB: U need to make sure u are not trying to go into premature labor or u could possibly ( hopefully not) have a kidney stone, if u were my pt. I would send u to the labor room to be evaluated.

Possible!: I I suggest you schedule a visit to you primary care provider to figure out what's going on. If you've had unprotected sex, then pregnancy is a possibility. You also might buy a kit at your local pharmacy to test for pregnancy.

Not recommended: Using a douche is not recommended. It destroys the vagina's ability to clean itself. Avoid.

Accepted Answer

Perhaps: Pregnancy is a possibility with these symptoms.   But the only way to know if your are pregnant is with a pregnancy test.  I would recommend you take the pregnancy test about half way into your regular menstrual cycle.  So perhaps 10 days from now for the best results.

i have a sharp stabbing pain on my left side above my hip but more medial. also cramps in lower pelvic area started yesterday also slight nausea ?

Get help: if the sharp stabbing pain is constant then proceed to a doctor NOW.  If it's tolerable, not worsening, and not constant, then get checked out tomorrow.
