Go to hospital now!: If you are 35 weeks with cramping and a rock-hard uterus you need to go to the hospital right now.  These can be symptoms of pre-term labor or something more serious such as an abruption of the placenta.  Don't take a chance!  Best wishes!

Pelvic pain: As you get closer to your due date your pelvis has to stretch to accomodate your new baby.  It is not uncommon to have sharp pains and pelvic pressure at this gestational age.  Also when your bladder fills you will have small contractions called irritability.  These aren't labor, but do hurt.  However, if you want more reassurance call your OB/midwife.  Someone should be on call even on a Sunday.

Possibly labor: Lower abdominal cramps or back pain at 35 weeks pregnant could be early labor. If it doesn't go away quickly, or with changing position, it sounds like time to go to the hospital.

Yes: It's normal to see these types of blood pressures changes in the 35th week of pregnancy.  Systolic &gt; 140 or diastolic &gt; 90 would be cause for concern.

Lots of possibilitie: Assuming you don't have a placenta previa, brown discharge at 35weeks pregnant is most likely not anything bad - but needs to be reported to your doctor.  Some common causes: early ctx's with a little cervical softening or dilation (preterm labor) can cause this; sometimes vaginitis (yeast or bv) can cause; intercourse can cause) - less often: could be leaking amniotic fluid; small abruption.
