MOST IMPORTANT: Thing is to make sure you have not ruptured membranes and are in preterm labor. If this has been ruled out than probably physiologic discharge.

Could be...: Pregnancy symptoms can be very non specific, like the ones you have just described. The only way to definitely find out is getting a pregnancy test. You may have one done yourself from the tests available over the counter and get a  quick answer. If negative follow up with a gynecologist or your primary care provider.

Possible: Any time you miss pills you decrease your protection and unprotected intercourse can result in pregnancy. The delay in your period may just be because of the missed pills but check a pregnancy test to be sure and if it is negative, repeat it in 3-5 days. Continue your pills and you might try setting an alarm in your phone to help you remember them. Good luck.

After missed period: Conception, as defined by the generation of a fertilized ovum, occurs within day or so of the sex. However, it takes about two weeks for the embryo to make enough HCG to produce a positive pregnancy test. Blood test may be done a day after a missed period. Home pregnancy tests should be done 4-5 days after the missed period. If the result is negative repeat the test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

20-30% : 20-30% of women will have some vaginal bleeding in the first trimester of pregnancy. First trimester bleeding can have many causes such as:

threatened miscarriage - bleeding, but the fetus is still alive inside 
miscarriage - lost pregnancy 
ectopic pregnancy - a pregnancy which implants in the fallopian tube 
molar pregnancy - abnormal tissue developing instead of a fetus 
post-coital bleeding - bleeding after sex from a sensitive cervix 
trauma or infection unrelated to pregnancy - small cuts or tears in the vagina or an infection such as pelvic inflammatory disease

since some of these can be dangerous and since vaginal bleeding during pregnancy is always considered abnormal, you should call you ob/gyne doctor for any bleeding. They will be able to check you and treat you appropriately. Good luck!

Are you pregnant?: First do a home pregnancy test to confirm that you are already pregnant again. If positive and you are experiencing bleeding you need to be seen by a doctor to confirm a normal pregnancy located inside the uterus. An ectopic pregnancy must be excluded.

Late period: well you still could be pregnant as urine turns positive a little later than blood/serum pregnancy test.  It could also be that your cycle is just late and you are having some premenstrual cramps.  You may have skipped ovulation this cycle also and the watery discharge and cramps if one sided esp. could be ovulation.  Check another urine once 7-10 days late
