Premature ejaculatio: Premature ejaculation is a common problem. Medications that increase serotonin levels such as Paxil (paroxetine) or Zoloft can help delay the onset of ejaculation. Analgesic creams such as EMLA may decrease penile sensitivity and lessen the cramps and further delay ejaculation.

That can happen: Her taking PlanB 12 hrs from when you had sex is within the appropriate time frame in which to take that med. Irregular bleeding &amp; cramps can occur after taking Plan B. Obviously, pregnancy (normal or ectopic) needs to be ruled-out, so a home pregnancy test is appropriate. While she may take Motrin, Advil or Aleve (naproxen) for cramps, severe pain with or without bleeding, needs to be evaluated by a GYN.

Hard to say: If you did not use effective birth control (condoms and other birth control method), there is a possibility of pregnancy. If your period is late, you could do a home pregnancy test to find out. If you are not pregnant, make sure to use an effective birth control and condoms every time you have sex if you do not wish to be pregnant at this time.

: Plan B does alter the hormonal status and can affect the menstrual cycle. If you do not get your regular period, do a home pregnancy test, if the result is negative, repeat it 4-5 days, unless you get a period by then.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. Consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex.
