Intercostal Muscles: Pretty common. Anti-inflamatories, ice, rest. It's usually pretty short lived. If it hurts more when you move and take a deep breath it's likely not cardiac. See your doctor as an outpatient in a few days if it continues.

Lots of reasons: Breast pain in a young women your age is unlikely to be cancer.  Fibrocystic breast tissue is common. This is an abundance of hormone sensitive dense breast tissue that can be tender and painful. Any breast pain though should be evaluated by your doctor by an exam.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

: Pelvic and abdominal pain has several possible causes, some of which are serious. Assuming you are sexually active, pelvic inflammatory disease (PID, Fallopian tube infection) is a good possibility, generally caused by gonorrhea or chlamydia; and is especially likely if you also have vaginal discharge or fever. Any new or unexplained pain like this needs prompt medical evaluation. Good luck.

Usually : Cycle day 20-24.  Day one of the cycle is the day your bleeding begins.

Possible: A pregnancy test will answer hat question for you. By the time your period is due the test will be positive if you are indeed pregnant.

Hard to say: This may be referred pain up into the chest but gas pain is not the reason for breast pain, if in fact the breast itself is what is hurting.

Maybe. Or wait.: Pregnancy is the most common cause of a missed period. If not pregnant, other causes of a late or missed period include:  excessive weight loss or weight gain, increased exercising, emotional stress, having an illness, traveling, medicines (especially birth control pills), hormonal disorders, etc…  A urine pregnancy test is very accurate 3 weeks after sex or 1 week after missing a period.
