Movement: The soft tissues of a joint can be tight after injury and burns.  When these tissues are moved by the muscle, there is a change of pressure in the joint and a snap can occur.  Clicking is usually a soft tissue interacting with a bone (such as "snapping hip"  painful snaps can be helped by stretching and avoiding unnatural joint movements.  Ask your dr more about joint protection & bone health.

Not really: joint cracking is really just popping of air bubbles in the joint fluid and is not harmful as a single issue; however,  you may want to skip some adjustments and see if this resolves by itself.

Hypermobility: when your physician evaluate you make sure that you were check for hypermobile syndrome, also noted as Ehlers-Danlos type III.this is a syndrome where people have increased flexibility more elasticity in their tissues, joints, tendons etc. this could be responsible for a lot of the symptoms you're describing. Please have your physician evaluate for this and you may need to be sent to rheumatology

Cracking not problem: The cracking is not a joint problem except you now  have  Distal Interphalangeal (DIP) joint pain. Is it one joint or  many of the joints. It would not be related to the cracking unless you damaged  a joint. Your physician can clarify.

TMJ - Jaw cracking: You have a tmj/muscle dysfunction problem that is treated by a dentist.  Select a dentist that routinely treats TMJ with functional orthopedic type applicances. Many dentist treat tmj, however only about 5% are really good at it.  The ENT doctor will refer you to a dentist.

Not necessarily: There are a number of potential causes, so you might want to be seen for a specific diagnosis before giving up something you enjoy.  One of the more common causes is crepitance, which is often associated with early softening of the cartilage in the joints.  In that case you would probably want to modify your workout to avoid excessive load bearing on the joints involved.

arthritis: You may be experiencing some arthritis. Treatment would include anti-inflammatory medications such as ibuprofen.
